Introduction
Often the first thought a flower preservation artist has is how to preserve the colour of a flower. However, flowers are transient, organic material and donβt always behave in the way youβd expect when drying them. Some will change colour, fade or brown over time.
For some, this can be disheartening, even frustrating, especially if you have preserved a sentimental flower or are selling your work.
Colour Correction can be a useful tool in returning flowers to their natural colour, or even changing their colour completely.
