Reconstructing Flowers

Pressing flowers is a delicate process and sometimes fragile flowers can come apart in the press. There’s times when you may also want to deconstruct flowers prior to pressing; to achieve a different effect, to ensure a more even press or just to avoid the likelihood of browning.

Whatever the reason, knowing how to reconstruct a flower is a useful skill to have, and it can be as therapeutic as pressing.

During this short course we’ll cover:

βœ“ The equipment you’ll need, including glues,

βœ“ Gluing methods,

βœ“ How to reassemble flowers that have come apart in the press,

βœ“ How to reconstruct a deconstructed rose.

This course is filmed in English with English subtitles.
