Delivery and Returns (of physical Goods)

Delivery

1.1. Physical Goods will be delivered to the Delivery Location by the time or within the agreed period, or, failing any agreement, without undue delay and, in any event, not more than 30 days after the day on which the Contract is entered into (UK delivery). In certain circumstances, delayed delivery is beyond our control (for example, Postal Industrial Strikes, Peak Times such as Christmas) and we will endeavour to inform you of particular circumstances affecting delivery times.

1.2. In any case, regardless of events beyond our control, if we do not deliver the Goods on time, you can (in addition to any other solutions) treat the Contract at an end if:

  1. We have refused to deliver the Goods, or if delivery on time is essential taking into account all the relevant circumstances at the time the Contract was made, or you informed us before the Contract was made that delivery on time was essential; or

  2. After we have failed to deliver on time, you have specified a later period which is appropriate to the circumstances and we have not delivered within that period.

1.3. If you treat the Contract at an end, we will (in addition to other solutions) promptly return all payments made under the Contract.

1.4. It is your responsibility to take delivery of Goods. We are not at fault if an item has been returned to a sorting office or other facility. Please contact them directly to rearrange delivery as per instructions provided.

1.5. The Goods will become your responsibility from the completion of delivery or Customer collection. You must, if reasonably practicable, examine the Goods before accepting them.

Where We Deliver To

2.1. We use the Royal Mail delivery service.

2.2. We deliver to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Island, the Isle of Man and Channel Islands. Orders to these addresses will be sent via 1st Class Delivery, unless you select a different delivery at checkout.

2.3. We also accept International Deliveries, though additional charges will apply. It is your responsibility to check Import/ Customs duties charges, or other taxes, as we will not pay them. Delivery to these addresses will use International Standard, unless you select a different delivery at checkout.

Please note that delivery times will be affected over bank holiday periods and an additional day may be added to the dispatch time. Large items may be sent by courier, we will contact you if this is the case.

Returns

3.1. If you change your mind about an item (please see the Terms and Conditions for more information on your right to change your mind), the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, is non-refundable.

3.2. After contacting us about your return, please return the Goods within 14 Days of receipt and we will process the refund/exchange within 72 hours.

3.3. For a faulty or damaged item, please see your β€˜Right to End the Contract’ on our Terms and Conditions page. In some circumstances, we may be able to issue a refund/exchange without a return (we may require photographs in this instance). In this instance, we will refund the postage charge.

3.4. All returns must be sent to: Little Pressed Flower, 3 Warmingham Lane, Middlewich, Cheshire, CW10 0DH.

3.5. In order to have postage costs refunded, the parcel must be returned only by Standard Delivery. We advise you to obtain Proof of Postage and to keep the postage receipt until you receive your refund (if applicable)

3.6. when returning any items as part of Special Offers or purchased using Promotional Codes, the discount will no longer be applicable, and your refund amount will be subject to these terms.
